ISO 9001 is the international Standard against which the Quality Management System of a business is evaluated, and is intended to demonstrate that a business can provide a consistent standard of quality in the goods and services it provides to its customers.
This ensures that Air-IT will have proven processes in place to meet the needs of our customers and will provide a practical method for confirming our best practice and improving internal procedures.
We are in the process of updating our Quality Procedures Manual so that it accurately reflects our current processes and procedures so that we can comply with the standard and prepare for assessment.
Assessment will take place later in the year in the form of an independent external audit that will evaluate the effectiveness of our quality management systems.
The ISO accreditation will ensure that we provide a consistent level of service quality through the continuous monitoring and improvement of our quality management systems so that we can satisfy the needs of our customers.
This further demonstrates that quality is of paramount importance to us and that we are committed to providing high quality IT support services to all our customers.
