We are very pleased to introduce our latest staff member, Ben Lee, who has joined our growing technical support team.
Ben joined us during June, in the position of Remote Support Technician, and will be working alongside Ben (Solomon), Josh and Jake in our expanding Help Desk Department.
The Air-IT Help Desk is the hub of our client support process and provides unlimited telephone and remote support. Clients are provided with instant access to technicians who offer advice, troubleshooting and solutions to any IT problems that are encountered on a daily basis.
Previously employed by a local IT service provider working in a similar role, Ben has built up a significant amount of technical skills and knowledge in providing 1st and 2nd line support for a wide range of SME clients across the Midlands.
A fully certified Microsoft IT Professional, Ben has already accomplished a variety of IT and Microsoft based accreditations that are helping him to be a success in his role. Whilst in his previous role Ben completed his Advanced Apprenticeship in IT and Telecoms 5 months earlier than the planned 12 months duration of the course.
With a passion for IT, Ben is also a keen health and fitness enthusiast and can regularly be found in the pool or cycling in the country side.
Ben has made an immediate impact since joining the company and has quickly become a valued and integral member of the Air-IT Help Desk team. We would like to wish him every success in his new role.
