The last week in September was already an amazing one for the Air-IT team as it saw us walking away with a hat trick of prestigious Chamber of Commerce Business Awards: one at the Regional British Chamber and two at our local Nottinghamshire Chamber. We were already hugely thrilled to receive these awards.
The MAX Customer Conference is an annual event that brings together Managed Service Providers (MSPs) from across the UK and Europe for two days of learning and insight into industry best practice and latest developments in ICT support and technology.
MAXfocus is a leading provider of remote monitoring and management software, with a number of top flight MSP partners around the world.
About the MAX European Rookie of the Year Award
As part of the conference, a selection of awards were given out to conference delegates, and it was a complete surprise when Todd and James were called to the stage to receive the MAX European Rookie of the Year Award.
As the name suggests, this is an award for companies who’ve recently started to use the MAXfocus Remote Management and Monitoring solution and who have quickly shown exceptional expertise in their use of the technology, and in maximising its potential for themselves and their clients.
‘We were amazed and honoured to receive this award – and especially delighted to have our success recognised by an industry-leading MSP technology provider in front of so many of our peers.
Air-IT was described as having the highest growth in our first year utilising MAXfocus, and as setting a strong example to others in our industry through the successful delivery of managed services, which was extremely gratifying to hear.’
Our award was presented by Dave Sobel, Director of Partner Community, and Alistair Forbes, General Manager of MAX, in front of a packed auditorium.
Dave Sobel comments:
‘The team at Air-IT has shown their mastery in delivering services in the ICT space. Their exceptional and leading success in their first year as a MAX customer is a testimony to their prowess in service delivery, their attention to process execution, and a testimony to their customer service.
Companies don’t grow like Air-IT without strong leadership, vision and execution, and we are very pleased to recognise their success with the Rookie of the Year award, and look forward to their continued success.’
Air-IT’s Remote Monitoring and Management Solutions
We offer an array of remote ICT management services, some of which use Max’s industry leading solutions.
Our solution uses the most comprehensive platform available for system monitoring and alerting, remote connection, automated patch management and automated maintenance. It also offers a range of other features such as software and hardware asset tracking, managed anti-virus services and professional systems reporting.
It is a key element of the automation of our remote monitoring and maintenance services – helping our support technicians respond more proactively to our clients’ needs. This helps us to meet our service levels by carrying out remote server and workstation support and pre-empting any problems.
It means we can identify and react to potential issues on our clients’ networks before they impact business performance. By addressing these problems before they arise, we can minimise downtime and productivity loss, making sure each client’s IT infrastructure is kept in good health and is available when they need it.
‘Investing in the MAXfocus platform forms part of our wider goal to invest in the best-available technology and solutions so we can deliver our clients the highest possible standards of ICT support, and stay ahead of the game in the fast-evolving technology market.’
