The PSL is a highly prestigious international league that attracts the world’s top professional squash players and showcases the very best that squash has to offer.
Named after our company, the Air-IT Nottingham PSL team play out of the Nottingham Squash and Rackets Club (NSRC) in the Park area of the city.
As a Nottingham-based business ourselves, we’re always keen to support our local sporting community, so sponsoring this hugely talented team of mostly homegrown players was an opportunity we simply couldn’t turn down.
Todd McQuilkin, Managing Director of Air-IT comments:
‘Last year, we were proud to lead a fantastic group of sponsors who together helped secure the teams future, and we’re thrilled to continue in this role for the 2014/2015 season.
Having the right sponsorship in place will undoubtedly help the team build on their strengths and enable them to hold on to their rising local stars, who are fast becoming hot properties in the world of professional squash.’
About our Sponsorship
As lead sponsor, we retain the naming rights for team known as Air-IT Nottingham for a second season, and are also main kit sponsor. This year, the team will play in a newly designed shirt in our orange and black colours, with the Air-IT logo prominently featured on both the front and back.

Our sponsorship package also includes a range of advertising opportunities throughout the club including the glass-backed match court in the main arena.
Air-IT Leading the Way for Further Support
Air-IT has once again been instrumental in securing further support from other local businesses that want to back the team. And this year’s sponsors include a number of our own clients and associates.
Fellow sponsors include Skills Coaches, Innes England, Smith Cooper, Fantasy Squash, Threerooms, Fast Graphics, The Walton Hotel, High Growth, Softcode Solutions, CEMA Group, Rex Gooding, MB Centre and Austin Moore. Our Comms Division MBC, also join us for the second year running.
Together, we’ve raised more than £17,000 – the largest sum ever – and, with our combined efforts, have made sure that NSRC can field a PSL squash team for the second successive season.

‘Once again, it really is a case of Nottingham businesses coming together to help their local professional squash team.
I’d like to thank all our fellow sponsors, both old and new, because without their backing, Air-IT Nottingham might not be playing in the 2014/15 season. The Club, Air-IT and all the players are truly grateful for their continued support.’
A Team of Homegrown Talent
This season, Air-IT Nottingham will be fielding the same team as last year, mostly consisting of local, homegrown players who’ve been playing at NSRC for many years and have come up through the junior ranks.
This includes Air-IT sponsored players, Eddie Charlton and Emma Beddoes, who’ve recently returned from playing in a number of PSA tour competitions overseas.
Team Captain Eddie Charlton with Silver and Bronze medals
Team Captain Eddie (WR 53) won Silver and Bronze medals in the World University Games in India and was runner up in Canada’s Nash Cup, whilst Commonwealth Bronze Medallist Emma (WR 18) reached the quarter-finals of the Macau Open.
The team’s other core players include Alan Clyne (Scottish Number 1, WR 35), Chris Fuller (WR 121), Ollie Holland (WR 181) and Team Player/Manager, Mark Fuller (WR 148).

Looking Forward to a Fantastic 2014/15
After the successes of last season, we’re confident that the Air-IT Nottingham team will build on their achievements and go from strength to strength – and we’re all looking forward to finding out what 2014/15 has in store for them.
The Park Business Club, launched last season, will again be running at each of the five home games. This offers sponsors and their guests the chance to enjoy an evening of world-class squash whilst networking with other local businesses.
