This is our first review since we originally achieved official IIP status in back in 2012.

During this time Air-IT has gone through a significant amount of growth and change. But we’ve always remained committed to our staff ensuring we provide an enjoyable and fulfilling working environment where they can develop and progress.

In order to renew our Investors status we underwent a formal assessment day where a cross-section of staff were interviewed to provide first-hand experiences of working at Air-IT.

We’re thrilled to report that staff feedback was extremely positive enabling us to pass with flying colours. So much so that we have been recommended to pursue the elite Silver status next time around – a standard which is held by less than 6% of accredited companies.

Our IIP Practitioner who carried out the assessment says:

It was an absolute pleasure to assess Air IT. They fully embrace all aspects of Investors in People and use the philosophy and Standard to create a culture where everyone wants to ‘give their all’ to provide the best service to their customers.

Everyone thinks it’s a great place to work and in my view – rightly so.

A successful year so far for Air-IT

So far, 2015 has been a very successful year for Air-IT – our client base has grown to over 400 and we’ve employed 6 new staff to support growth with further expansion and more jobs planned throughout the year.

In April, we were named amongst the world’s top 300 Managed Service Providers and ranked 33rd in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

We were also runners up in small business of the year at the Nottingham Post business awards in May.
