About the Dream Manager programme®
Originally founded in 1999 as a coaching practice, The Dream Manager Programme® was formed to deliver personal and business improvements to corporate organisations looking to boost performance.
Inspired by Matthew Kelly’s best-selling book ‘The Dream Manager’, the programmes places emphasis on enabling employees to connect business goals with their whole life dreams.

Certified Dream Managers
The Dream Manager journey is being supported and delivered by Air-IT’s certified “Dream Manager” coaches, which includes Managing Director Todd McQuilkin and Client Services Manager/HR Lead, Paul Driver.

Together, the duo will deliver and facilitate the programme at our Nottingham head offices over the next 12 months, hosting a series of 90-minute coaching sessions – during business hours – demonstrating that the investment really is for the benefit of employees taking part.
They will also offer one-to-one support for employees between sessions ensuring participants are able to get the very most from this new experience.
Emails, texts and postcards will also be sent out between meetings reinforcing what is being learnt along the way, and to ensure staff remain committed to achieving goals throughout and beyond the duration of the programme.
Dreaming in progress
So far, uptake has been extremely successful with over 60% of staff from senior management to our youngest Technical Apprentices signing up to be involved.

An employee centric culture
The Dream Manager Programme® will further strengthen employee engagement initiatives at Air-IT, which are provided in addition to extensive technical and professional training for all staff.

Unlike many other initiatives though, the Dream Manager programme will allow employee, rather than organisational goals, to set the agenda recognising the theory behind the incentive:

In turn, this will enable Air-IT to further develop on its world class service and quality levels which can only be achieved with a loyal, happy and productive team.
As one of the first companies to launch the programme, it will also ensure that Air-IT remains an employer of choice locally and in the IT services industry.
