Air-IT is delighted to be taking part in IT Service Week 2016 which is being held between 3rd and 7th October and will be inviting clients to vote for us for our chance to be crowned Top IT Service Desk of the Year.

About IT Service Week

IT Service Week is held annually by the Service Desk Institute (SDI) and aims to encourage service desks to embrace globally recognised best practice standards in order to raise the quality of service they’re providing.

This year, service desks worldwide have been invited to take part and to get involved in a range of superhero themed activities, which includes asking customers to vote for their Top IT Service Desk and Service Desk Superhero.

There will also be a fun competition for service desks to create a six frame sketched or photo comic strip depicting a story around IT Service Week.

The winner will receive their comic strip as a fully designed and printed piece of artwork, which would fit in nicely amongst our super hero paraphernalia and with our service desk technicians who all have an alter-ego superhero name, which is a little known fact beyond our walls!

How You Can Help Us

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be contacting our clients and inviting them to vote for Air-IT as Top IT Service Desk of the Year 2016.

There will also be chance to nominate a Service Desk Superhero – so if there’s a specific member of our service desk who you think deserves receive special recognition, this is an ideal chance to make that happen too.

Needless to say, this would be fantastic morale for our team and further international recognition of our commitment to delivering a world-class ICT service.

So if you’re a client, we’d be thrilled if you’re able to support us by placing a vote and asking your colleagues to do the same.

How to Vote

We’ll be contacting our clients and inviting them to vote for us over the next few weeks.

To count, all votes must be submitted by Friday 7th October, 2016.
