Billi flying the flag for the Client Services department as Employee of the Quarter
Quarter 3 Delivering Excellence Category Awards
Celebrated each quarter, our Delivering Excellence Awards are designed to recognise those who have gone above and beyond in their roles.
This quarter, Daniel, Billi and Ben were recognised for the positive contributions and progress they have made in their roles.
Individually, their efforts were awarded by the management team as follows:
Daniel Gates – Winner, Most Valuable Contribution Award
Daniel was chosen as winner of the Most Valuable Contribution Award for the early and excellent impression he has made in his new role as Field Engineer.
Since joining the company in June, Daniel has hit the ground running. Fully embracing our culture and core company values, he has quickly become a highly valued member of the team, internally and externally when assisting clients on site.
Ben Curtis – Winner, Outstanding Customer Service Award
Ben’s award for Outstanding Customer Service recognises the fantastic progress he is making in his new role as Projects Engineer.
Previously Field Engineer, Ben has made an excellent transition into his new position. He has shown a clear commitment to progressing in his role, providing excellent customer service and leading the team by example.
Billi Martin – Winner, Most Improved Performance Award
Billi was chosen as winner of the Most Improved Performance Award in recognition of the outstanding performance and dedication she has shown in managing our client’s Comms accounts, as part of our Client Services team.
Recently, Billi has taken on more responsibility and has excelled in her position, delivering an exceptional service and contributing to the ongoing and overall success of the business.

Daniel, Billi and Ben all went forward to the next round of our awards system, which gives staff the chance to vote for one overall Employee of the Quarter.
Congratulations go to Billi – who was announced and crowned winner at our recent company meeting.
Voted for by all staff, this is a fantastic indication that Billi’s efforts have been recognised not just by management, but among colleagues throughout the business too.
It also goes against precedent, which until now has generally seen service desk team members excel at this stage of our awards system. Well done Billi!

Employee of the Year Award
Billi will now go forward for our ultimate accolade as Employee of the Year 2016, which will be decided by a final staff vote and announced in the New Year.
She will be shortlisted along with previous Employee of the Quarter winners from quarters 1 and 2 – Alex Nicol and Sean Craven, both IT Support technicians in our service desk department. A 4th and final candidate will be decided in quarter 4.
