The East Midlands Chamber is the leading business organisation in the East Midlands region. With a growing membership of more than 3,900 businesses and 3,000 affiliates, it’s the second largest chamber of commerce in the country.
Patrons include organisations which want to take an influential and prominent role in the local business community and share the values that drive the Chamber forward.
Paul Judge, Marketing Director of Air-IT and Chamber Chief Executive, Scott Knowles
Paul Judge, Marketing Director at Air-IT, said:
We’re delighted to join the East Midlands Chamber as Patrons. Air-IT has enjoyed more than 10 years as Chamber members, so understand and recognise the value and importance of their efforts to local businesses, of all types and size.
We’re extremely excited about this prestigious opportunity and are very much looking forward to forging a close relationship with them to help support, lead and develop the success and growth of the region’s business community and economy, along with our fellow patrons.
The Chamber currently has 24 patrons, including DHL Express, East Midlands Airport, Experian, The Money Shop, Wilko and Santander.
Chamber Chief Executive, Scott Knowles said:
I am delighted to welcome Air-IT into patronage. Chamber patrons are a powerful force in influencing policy, driving economic growth and development and equipping smaller businesses with the knowledge and skills that are vital to their future.
Air-IT will bring to the Chamber skills and expertise to complement those of the other patrons to evolve something which is, together, greater than the sum of its parts.
Air-IT – East Midlands No.1 Managed Service Provider
With over 400 clients based locally and nationwide, our new patronage will help to strengthen Air-IT’s regional presence, and cement our position as the East Midlands No.1 Managed Service Provider.
Most importantly, it will enable us to become more closely involved in the development of the region’s business community, and to help local companies understand the potential and role of technology in modern business.
Paul Judge adds:
Technology plays a key role in the modern age of business. Used effectively, it provides significant benefits, and competitive advantage to companies of any size.
Through our patronage, we hope to demonstrate this idea to establish new relationships, and make a positive overall contribution to the Chamber’s efforts to put the East Midlands on the map as a leading region of business excellence.
