Air-IT are proud to introduce our brand-new headquarters at Interchange 25 Business Park. We’re now fully settled in at our new office and would like you to join us on a visual tour.

The new offices provide the ideal platform to better support our clients throughout the East Midlands and beyond, and to showcase our services as the region’s leading and fastest growing Managed Service Provider (MSP).

Just off the M1, and centrally located between Nottingham and Derby, the detached 5,400 sq ft Air-IT building showcases the company livery which can be seen as soon as you enter the business park.

This new space has more than doubled our office footprint to 10,000 sq ft, by retaining our previous offices at Nottingham Business Park which have now been freed up as a training suite.

Featuring crisp lines and colourful branded wall art, the Air-IT reception leaves no mistake that you have arrived at our new headquarters, which flows through to both floors of the office.

After ‘swiping in’ on our iPad, guests are invited through to our Client Services department, which looks after all of our customers’ ICT needs and requirements.

Open Plan Work Spaces

As a company, we believe in complete transparency around our performance, which is why we publish daily and monthly service delivery KPIs on our website.

We have now taken that one step further, reflecting this into our work spaces. Large windows flood the open plan work space with natural light and internal glass walls allow real working processes to be viewed at any time.

The layout has been set up for optimum use of space with new fixtures and fittings throughout, incorporating the corporate colour scheme to reinforce our brand identity.

With key considerations including room for further growth and recruitment, our new service desk department has been designed to accommodate our growing team of technicians, so we can continue providing a top class service covering telephone, remote and onsite support services.

The Hub

Last but not least, our staff all work hard and down time is important to avoid burn out. That’s why The Hub provides everything needed to rest, refuel and refresh so our team are always ready to deliver the high standard of service expected from our clients.

The large purpose designed kitchen and dining area comes complete with tables and seating and there’s also a pool table, x-box and table tennis for friendly competition, and an array of bean bags for chilling out.

Future Growth and Investment

Result of a £200,000 investment in fit out alone, we’re incredibly proud of our new office and ready to welcome visitors.

We’re very much looking forward to an exciting year ahead, as we look to recruit new staff ahead of our official office launch celebration. We will be in touch with all of our clients in the near future with a date and formal invites to this exclusive event.
