We specialise in Microsoft technologies and have been an on-going member of the Microsoft Partner Network since we were formed.
Due to our Partner status we have access to a wealth of benefits from Microsoft including: access, training and support that are otherwise unavailable. This includes 24 x 7 x 365 technical assistance for all Microsoft projects should it ever be required.
Until recently we were a Microsoft Gold Partner as a company overall and had achieved this elite status on a continuing basis for a number of years.
Recent changes to the Partner Network have meant companies are no longer graded overall and are differentiated by the different type of individual competencies that they achieve, graded Silver or Gold.
As an organisation we continue to work towards achieving new competencies. This enables us to keep at the forefront of emerging Microsoft Technologies and offer our client’s the best advice.
Currently we have demonstrated specialist performance in the following key Silver competencies:
Desktop Platform – Silver
The Desktop Platform competency demonstrates our proficiency in planning, designing, deploying and supporting a desktop platform and infrastructure for the Windows 7 Operating System, Microsoft Office 2010, Internet Explorer and the Microsoft Desktop Optimisation Pack (MDOP).
This competency enables Air-IT to deliver an optimised desktop platform and infrastructure that can save your business time and money by providing cost-effective desktop solutions that result in increased productivity, enhanced security and streamlined desktop management.
Midmarket Solution Provider – Silver
The Midmarket Solution Provider competency is awarded to Microsoft Partners that have proved their expertise in providing solutions that meet the needs of the medium sized business and allow them to expand on their current system foundations.
We have demonstrated our expertise in building critical infrastructure solutions based on Microsoft desktop, business-management and server technology with a proven proficiency in deploying, configuring and supporting solutions based on Windows Server Operating Systems, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, System Centre Virtual Machine Manager and Windows Server virtualisation.
This allows us to offer our customers the most current technological and IT solutions that focus on helping them understand their business processes, infrastructure needs and future growth costs.
OEM Hardware – Silver
The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) competency demonstrates our ability to design and deliver quality hardware solutions (new PCs, laptops, servers and devices) for our clients which are optimised for the latest Microsoft software.
