Centralised Services Manager
As Centralised Services Manager, I work alongside our Service Delivery Manager delivering pro-active ICT support processes and resolutions.
This involves managing a small team of technicians dedicated to centrally managed products and automation technologies.
This technology helps us reduce the volume of common or critical network issues for clients before it impacts their business.
I particularly enjoy rolling out new and improved solutions that help us internally and improves client efficiencies. This results in better overall service levels, improvements in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintains our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
