As your IT support provider we are committed to meeting and exceeding your needs with the services that we offer.
In order to make sure that we achieve this goal, we are carrying out two online surveys with all contracted support clients.
The first survey is aimed at senior staff and will evaluate the effectiveness of our remote, onsite and overall support services. This survey is already underway subsequent to the client meetings that have taken place during July. Clients that have not taken part will be informed about this survey in the near future.
The second survey is aimed at client employee’s using our services for desktop support and reporting issues on a daily basis. This survey will evaluate the effectiveness of our Help Desk and remote support services.
Since its launch in January our dedicated Help Desk has been a major success. However, in order to monitor and evaluate its effectiveness we would like to find out what our clients think and identify any areas where we may be able to improve service levels.
Both surveys take the form of online questionnaires. All respondents will be emailed a link and instructions to complete them. This should only take around 5 to 10 minutes of your time and consists of a series of questions evaluating your level of satisfaction with our current services.
We would be extremely grateful if all clients would participate, your feedback is extremely important in helping improve our services.
The results of both surveys will be used internally by Air-IT to identify any unfulfilled needs and help improve the quality of our future IT support services.
