About our Employees’ Employee Award
Our quarterly Delivering Excellence staff awards programme was introduced last year to recognise and reward staff who’ve gone that extra mile.
The Employees’ Employee is the pinnacle of these awards. Winners of each of the category awards are put forward along with additional staff selected by our management team because of their outstanding performance.
Staff then vote on who they feel has made the biggest contribution to the business over the last 3 months with the winner being crowned with the ultimate accolade as Employees’ Employee of the Quarter.
Celebrating Ben’s success
Ben was nominated as a finalist due to his outstanding performance in his new role as red team leader, and for passing an incredible 9 industry accredited certifications since March.
He has since gone on to achieve a tenth accreditation having recently passed the Advance Certified 3CX Engineer Status.
Ben was up against stiff competition this quarter with the Air-IT technical team making a clean sweep of victories in the category awards. And results were closer than ever with just a few votes separating Ben and Richard Smith winner of the Outstanding Customer Service Award.
Ultimately, Ben came through with the majority share to be crowned victor. And to celebrate his success he was presented with a certificate of achievement and prize – a weekend break for two – by Todd McQuilkin, our MD.
Ben’s a consummate IT professional and a credit to the company. He’s shown tremendous hard work and determination to accomplish this fantastic feat of passing 10 certifications in such a short space of time – so well done Ben.
Commenting on his award Ben says:
I’m extremely happy to have won and it’s a real honour to receive the vote from the rest of the team. This has made me want to push even harder and continue my momentum to gain further certifications proving that Air-IT is the best of the best.
A big congratulations to all our finalists
Everyone at Air-IT / MBC would like to congratulate Ben on his achievements and of course not forgetting our category winners and runners-up who all have made significant contributions to our success over the last quarter.
