We’re pleased to announce another three new members of staff have joined the Air-IT team, since June, to help meet the growing demand for our IT and communications services.

Our new employees fill various positions throughout our technical and client service teams, and join at an exciting time as we experience record growth in the run up to our tenth anniversary.
After welcoming six new staff members just a few months ago, the trio now take our latest headcount up to 40 in our second major intake of staff this year.
Introducing our new staff
Andrew Gill joins our ever expanding Service Desk team as Dispatcher along with Sean Craven who takes on the role as Technical Apprentice, and Armando Agaci joins our back office team as Client Service Administrator.
Andrew Gill – Service Desk Dispatcher
Andrew, better known as “Gilly”, joins us following 9 years working in internal IT support and analyst roles for a major PLC in the recruitment sector.
As Air-IT Service Desk Dispatcher, Gilly will play a vital role in co-ordinating the Service Desk team – scheduling work for engineers and supporting the department to ensure that we a consistently deliver a world-class service to our expanding client base.
Equipped with an understanding of our culture and service commitment already, having utilised our outsourced support services in his previous role, Gilly is all set to hit the ground running in his new position.
I’ve known the team at Air-IT for some time now, so I had no doubt that this would be an exciting opportunity.
The Service Desk is a close knit team and an ideal environment to put my experience to good use, and where I hope to further contribute to the on-going growth and success of the business.
Outside of work, Gilly enjoys gaming and attending gigs, and is another faithful Nottingham Forest supporter joining our growing legion of fans – so he will undoubtedly fit in well at Air-IT.
Sean Craven – Technical Apprentice
Sean is our most recent recruit and another addition to our ever expanding Service Desk team. He joins us in the role as Technical Apprentice where he’ll be studying for his IT Apprenticeship whilst gaining practical experience working in the busy Air-IT Service Desk.
Sean will gain a thorough grounding of IT support working closely with our technical team in a range of roles covering telephone, remote, onsite support and in our workshop helping with the repair and maintenance of client computer equipment.
And he’s certainly off to a promising start, looking set to follow in the footsteps of previous Air-IT technical apprentices – such as Acting Service Delivery Manager, Josh Turner – who have gone on to progress through the ranks to secure more senior and even management level positions with the company.
Sean enjoys a number of interests including football – and is another keen Nottingham Forest fan. He also claims to be a true “no console” gamer, preferring the more intelligent PC gaming platform – a true techie!
Armando Agaci – Client Service Administrator
Armando also joined the company very recently, as Client Service Administrator. He will be working closely with our Account Management, procurement and provisioning teams to provide admin support as well as helping to manage client relationships and service delivery.
He brings with him over ten years’ managerial experience across a range of sectors in mostly client facing roles, including the provision and installation of business IT systems for SMEs.
Armando brings a somewhat unique skill set to our team: he’s fluent in no less than 4 European languages, including English and enjoys a range of hobbies from Formula 1, to fact finding and has a keen interest in the sophisticated art of tasting good coffees and fine wine.
