Earning a Microsoft competency
To earn a Microsoft competency, partners must successfully complete a rigorous set of assessments and exams to prove their level of technical expertise.
Certain levels of staff ability must also be met resulting in Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP). This requires an on-going commitment to staff development and training.
Customer references are also required to demonstrate the successful delivery of projects and to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided.
For gold competencies, partners must also implement an annual customer satisfaction survey and meet revenue commitments.
Phil Sorgen, Corporate Vice President, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. said:
By achieving a gold competency, partners have demonstrated the highest, most consistent capability and commitment to the latest Microsoft technology.
These partners have a deep expertise that puts them in the top 1 per cent of our partner eco-system, and their proficiency will help drive innovative solutions on the latest Microsoft technology.
Due to the ever evolving nature of technology, Air-IT is constantly working towards achieving new accrediations and retaining those that we already hold through the continual training and development of our staff.
This helps us to deliver a world-class service to successfully assist our clients in the on-going development and support of their business.
