Now in their 30th year, the Nottingham Post Business Awards are widely recognised as one of the region’s most high profile business events.
With 13 accolades in total, the event is designed to celebrate the companies in Nottinghamshire putting the county on the map, by boosting the economy and making a positive contribution to the local community.
Nottingham Post Business Awards 2016
Despite coming runners-up, we’re extremely proud to have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Excellence in Science and Technology Award, and to celebrate the success of just some of the many leading companies based in Nottinghamshire.
Paul Judge, Marketing Director at Air-IT comments:
Being shortlisted for these prestigious awards is an achievement in itself, so we’re extremely pleased to have made it so far as one of just three finalists in our category.
We were up against two very innovative companies, so coming runner-up is a real testament to the dedication and hard work of our team. It’s also fantastic recognition of our ultimate aim in helping local clients embrace technology as a key driver for growth and success.

The Awards Ceremony
The glittering awards ceremony saw many of Nottingham’s best known businesses come to together for networking and to enjoy a Gala dinner before the 13 category awards were announced.

The event was hosted by ITV weather presenter, Emma Jesson and comedian Dominic Holland.
After dinner entertainment was provided by Faith Tucker, a solo singer, who gave a flawless performance on stage, and a rare moment of quiet as the crowd listened in awe.
