We’re delighted to announce that Technical Apprentice, Sean Craven has gone on to win our Employee of the Quarter Award for Q2 and will now be going forward to the Employee of the Year staff vote for 2016.
Winner Sean Craven with James Healey, MD
Sean was automatically put forward for the Employee of the Quarter Award after winning the Most Improved Performance category in our latest round of staff awards.
He was joined by Telecoms Engineer, Tony Else and Marketing Executive, Laura Saxton who were also shortlisted as winners of the Outstanding Customer Service and Most Valuable Contribution Awards respectively.
Despite tough competition from more experienced members of the team, Sean was the overall winner by a majority vote, recognising the clear progress he is making in his role.
Our new Managing Director, James Healey was able to present the Employee of the Quarter award to Sean and says:
Since joining the company, Sean has continually impressed with his professionalism and has become a highly regarded member of the team.
He thoroughly deserves this recognition and I’d like to wish him well in the Employee of the Year staff vote.
To celebrate his achievement as Employee of the Quarter, Sean went away with a certificate of achievement and a weekend break away for 2 – and previous winner Alex Nicol handed over the glittering trophy to its latest winner.
