We’re delighted to announce the latest winners of our quarterly staff awards. An incredible achievement from Field Engineer, Matt Coppin means he retains the Customer service award for a consecutive quarter while Support Technician, Chris Moss is our new staff Kudos champion.
Great People Awards: Recognising performance
Proud to recognise the fantastic achievements of our Great People, we believe our company culture provides the framework that helps us create and nurture an award-winning team who offer world class service.
A recent internal survey provided some fantastic feedback from our staff including ‘… (you) look forward to coming into work…great sense of purpose…Best work environment ever come across…’ All comments we are proud to receive from those integral to the daily running of the business.
In quarter 2, we celebrated the success of Matt and Chris who won the Outstanding Customer Service and L.O.V.E Awards respectively.

As the staff member with the highest level of Kudos from his colleagues, Chris Moss – a member of our service desk team, was presented the L.O.V.E Award.
Establishing himself as our resident Mimecast guru he is a huge support to others helping them develop their own skills and sharing his knowledge of email security and many other subjects.
Receiving the largest amount of recognition for commitment and excellence, Chris is a great example of team work and living our values every day.
Outstanding Customer Service Award
An excellent achievement, Matthew Coppin took the Outstanding Customer Service Award once again.
Not only maintaining his position for a second quarter but increasing his positive feedback score from clients by a further 4.2% since March.
It is this commitment to constant improvement at every level that makes us the best MSP in the East Midlands
A field engineer for our Service Delivery Team Matt has built relationships and has a great rapport with our clients. Some of the fantastic feedback our clients have given Matt recently includes:
