About IT Service Week 2017
After coming runners-up last year, we’re extremely pleased to be taking part in IT Service Week once again.
Held annually by the Service Desk Institute (SDI), IT Service Week aims to encourage service desks to embrace globally recognised best practice standards in order to raise the quality of service they’re providing.
Once again, internal and external service desks worldwide are invited to take part and to get involved in a range of space themed activities, which includes asking customers to vote for their Top IT Service Desk and Service Desk Superstar.
There will also be a fun competition for the best decorated inter-galactic themed service desk which will be taking place on Twitter.
As reigning champions of the Superhero Comic Strip competition with “Air-IT vs the Evil Crypto” last year, our preparartions are already underway to defend our title.

How You Can Help
Over the forthcoming days, we’ll be contacting our clients and inviting them to vote.
Our team will be going up against strong competition, so we’d be extremely grateful if you’re able to support us by placing a vote and asking your colleagues to do the same.
To count, all votes must be submitted by Friday 6th October, 2017. All entries are free and completely anonymous.
