In the third quarter of our staff recognition scheme, we’re celebrating three winners following a draw between John Davies and Ben Curtis, who were jointly crowned winners of the L.O.V.E Award, whilst Daniel Gates was named our new Outstanding Customer Service Award winner.
Great People Awards: Recognising Performance
Every quarter, we celebrate the winners of the Outstanding Customer Service Award and Living Our Values Everyday (L.O.V.E.) Award. So far, winners have included:
All members of our team also have the opportunity to win the Employee of the Year Award, which is celebrated annually.
All of our Great People Awards are influenced by internal and external feedback, which means we not only get invaluable insights but also allow others to recognise and reward those who go the extra mile in their roles.
This quarter the L.O.V.E award was won by Technical Lead, John Davies and Project Engineer, Ben Curtis.
Both received the same number of Kudos from colleagues and were recognised for their ongoing commitment to supporting the team and going above and beyond the call of duty in their roles.

Outstanding Customer Service Award
This quarter our clients had high praise for Daniel Gates, which resulted in him taking the title for the Outstanding Customer Service award.
