Showcasing 10 categories in total, they are designed to celebrate and reward the outstanding achievements of service desk professionals and teams for the contribution they make to the success of their business. Managing Director of Air IT, James Healey comments:
Although we were naturally disappointed to come runners-up, we’re incredibly proud to have reached the final stages in two of SDI’s world-renowned award categories. Amongst all entries, the standard was incredibly high. Whilst it’s not possible to name everyone, I would like to congratulate all the winners and runners-up on their achievements. More importantly, I’d like to recognise and thank everyone at Air IT for their continued hard work and dedication. The process has been an incredible team effort and without their commitment, we simply could not have made it so far in this esteemed process.
The Awards Ceremony
The awards evening was hosted by SDI’s very own Chairman, Paul Rodrigues and CEO, Tessa Troubridge and supported by sponsors who revealed the winners of their respective categories.

But before winners could be announced, the finalist’s fun videos were shown. The Best Small Enterprise Managed Service Desk of the Year Award was second up, and we were delighted with the reception that our video ‘Tech Tom – Licence to Serve’ received.

When formalities came to a close and after proving a huge hit, the team and Tech Tom took to the dancefloor to enjoy the after-show party with the crowd.

Despite coming away empty handed, we had a fantastic evening amongst some of the industry’s finest, many of which we’re really proud to share our passion and commitment to delivering world-class service with.
