Great People Awards: Recognising Performance
Our quarterly Great People Awards celebrate and recognise the tireless hard work of our team. With two fantastic awards up for grabs – the Outstanding Customer Service Award and the Living Our Values Everyday (L.O.V.E.) Award – there’s everything to play for.
Outstanding Customer Service Award
This quarter, Liam Hull has scooped victory and picked up the Outstanding Customer Service Award, thanks tothe excellent feedback he received from customers.
During the last quarter, Liam was promoted from 1st Line Support to a 2nd Line Service Desk and Field Engineer – and his top-notch customer service in his new role has not gone unnoticed by both colleagues and customers. Receiving consistent praise over the last three months, Liam has been recognised for his professionalism, wide range of knowledge, and for always getting the job done to a high standard.

In last quarter’s Great People Awards, Technical Lead John Davies was the first employee to pick up a double win, when he was awarded both the Outstanding Customer Service Award and the L.O.V.E. Award. As if this wasn’t enough, John has topped the leader board once again with a landslide victory, and has been presented with the L.O.V.E Award for the second quarter running, based on kudos points from colleagues.
John received credit for his consistent work across all four of our company values – Commitment, Community, Excellence and Innovation – and was praised by colleagues for always taking the time to offer help and support.
Well done, John – you are a true credit to the team!
With the bar set so high by John, the question on everyone’s lips is who will knock him off his perch? To raise the stakes even higher, Managing Director James Healey has upped the ante by pledging to double the reward for the next L.O.V.E. Award winner…
