As well as sponsoring the Business Improvement Through Technology Award, Air-IT is delighted to have been shortlisted for the Commitment to People Development Award at the forthcoming Nottinghamshire Business Awards 2018.

About the Awards

The Nottinghamshire Business Awards is an annual celebration of the success of local businesses across the county, organised by the East Midlands Chamber.

There are a total of 12 awards up for grabs, across a wide variety of categories – from Education and Business Partnership to Excellence in International Trade – and with 51 finalists in total, there’s something for everyone in the region.

This year’s finalists were announced at the President’s Summer Reception in June, and the winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner, which is taking place at the Belfry Hotel on the 14th September.

Commitment to People Development Award Finalists

We are extremely proud to have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Commitment to People Development category in this year’s awards.

The Commitment to People Development Award recognises organisations who make a clear and continual commitment to the progression of their employees.

Entrants in this category must demonstrate how they implement a learning and development culture and how they promote employee well-being, as well as how these both contribute towards the business’ overall progression.

Here at Air-IT, we believe that employees play a huge part in our success and we promote a positive culture built around our core Company Values – Innovation, Commitment, Community and Excellence.

Our quarterly Great People Awards celebrate and recognise the hard work of the Air-IT team, with the winners decided based on customer feedback and kudos points directly linking back to our values.

With strong competition from Crowne Plaza, Fidler & Pepper Solicitors, Recart and Air-IT client Browne Jacobson, we are delighted to reach the final stage in this category.

Business Improvement Through Technology Sponsor

Air-IT are proud to sponsor the Business Improvement Through Technology Award for the second year running.

This award recognises organisations who have made significant improvements to their business through the use of the latest technology. Sponsoring this category is especially fitting for us, after winning the same award ourselves in 2014.

The finalists in this year’s category are:

  • Duncan & Toplis
  • Forsyth Barnes

We would like to wish all of the finalists the best of luck, and we look forward to seeing you at the awards ceremony in September!

“We are delighted to be both a finalist for this year’s Commitment to People Development Award, and a sponsor of the Business Improvement Through Technology Award.

At Air-IT, we take great pride in offering our employees a fantastic workplace, including a clear career development plan for every member of the team and offering excellent employee benefits. Reaching the final stage in the Commitment to People Development category is fantastic recognition of this.

Regardless of the outcome, we look forward to what is sure to be a fantastic evening in September.
