From 1st to 5th October, Air IT will be taking part in the annual IT Service Week and asking clients to vote for the chance to retain our title as Top Support Team of the Year.
Held every October by the Service Desk Institute (SDI), IT Service Week encourages service desks worldwide to embrace globally recognised best practice standards in order to raise the quality of service they provide to their users.
IT Service Week 2018
Once again, internal and external service desks worldwide will be taking part in a range of activities, which includes asking customers to vote for their Top Support Team and Best Service Desk Analyst.
And with this year’s magical theme at the heart of the proceedings, it’s already set to be an exciting week with a packed schedule of events including an office bake-sale and fundraising – all whilst providing a great customer experience. And of course, it wouldn’t be IT Service Week without a dress-up day!

Voting for your Top Support Team and Best Analyst is also open NOW. So, if you’re one of our clients we really hope you’ll be able to show us your support by placing a vote and asking your colleagues to do the same.
To count, all votes must be submitted by Friday 5th October, 2018. All entries are free and completely anonymous.
