Air IT is delighted to announce quarter three’s winners of the Great People Awards as Kyle Yates and three-time reigning champion John Davies.


Great People Awards: Recognising Performance

Our Great People Awards were established in 2017 to celebrate and recognise the hard work and brilliant achievements of the Air IT team.

Every quarter, two employees are crowned with the Live Our Values Everyday Award (L.OV.E.) and the Outstanding Customer Service Award, and the company gets together to celebrate.

Living Our Values Every Day (L.O.V.E) Award

John Davies

After being the first employee to receive the L.O.V.E Award two quarters in a row in our last awards, Technical Lead John Davies has triumphed again and has claimed the L.O.V.E title once more.

A renowned team player at Air IT, John received the highest number of kudos points from the team – and was praised by colleagues from all areas of the business – for exceeding all four of our company values: Commitment, Community, Excellence and Innovation.

After John’s previous win in quarter two, Managing Director James Healey raised the stakes by pledging to double the prize for John’s successor. However even this wasn’t quite enough to knock John off his post, as he’s continued to excel in living our company values. Winning the award for the third quarter running is a real testament to John and is a big “thank you” for always going that extra mile.

Outstanding Customer Service Award

Kyle Yates

Quarter three’s Outstanding Customer Service Award goes to 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, Kyle Yates.

The Outstanding Customer Service Award recognises the employee who has received positive feedback from clients consistently over the previous three months.

Having only joined the team in July, Kyle has quickly found his feet and winning this quarter’s award is a fantastic achievement, highlighting the outstanding work Kyle has been doing.

With a range of impressive feedback from clients flooding in, Kyle has certainly made quite the impression in his first three months at Air IT.
