We are delighted to announce the winners of quarter four’s Great People Awards as service desk members Dan and Billy, whilst Business Executive Rebecca has scooped the Employee of the Year Award.

 

Great People Awards: Recognising Performance

Each quarter we celebrate the achievements of the team with our Great People Awards. There are two awards up for grabs: The Living Our Values Everyday (L.O.V.E) Award, and the Outstanding Customer Service Award.

At the end of quarter four, we also celebrate our Employee of the Year.

This year, we combined the awards giving with our festive celebrations and annual Christmas jumper day to double the fun.

L.O.V.E Award

Service Desk Team Leader, Dan Conway, has claimed 2018’s final L.O.V.E Award, which goes to the employee who received the most recognition from colleagues for “Living Our Values Everyday”.

The stakes were high this time round as Managing Director, James Healey, promised to double the winnings for three-time reigning champion John Davies’ successor. With his eye on the prize, Dan received and gave out a record of nearly 70 peer-to-peer badges during Quarter 4.

Dan received company-wide praise for going over and above his duties, and for always working in line with our four company values: Innovation, Excellence, Commitment and Community.

Outstanding Customer Service Award

This quarter’s Outstanding Customer Service Award has been awarded to Air IT newcomer Billy Tidmarsh.

This award celebrates the employee who has gone the extra mile to ensure their clients receive the best experience at Air IT.

Despite joining the team in early November, Billy has already made quite the impression with clients and his range of positive feedback hasn’t gone unnoticed by the team.

Employee of the Year 2018

We are delighted to announce our overall Employee of the Year as Business Executive, Rebecca Talbot.

Since joining the Air IT team in September 2017, Rebecca has gone from strength-to-strength in her role.

Rebecca was the only employee to score consistently across the full range of criteria required to win the award, which included attendance and performance objectives.

Most notably, Rebecca was praised for her “can-do” attitude that has seen her excel with great success across all areas of her work, including her efforts on vital projects such as our recent ISO compliance.

Well done, Rebecca!

 

We place a great importance on employee recognition and rewards at Air IT, and our Great People Awards is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the team’s achievements and hard work. This quarter was no exception, and I’d like to say a big well done to all three of our fantastic and well-deserved winners.

Congratulations especially to Rebecca, who has really raised the bar for high standards this year. Rebecca has become an invaluable member of the team since joining us 15 months ago, and I’d like to thank her for all her hard work.

2018 was another fantastic year for us at Air IT, and we wouldn’t be where we are without the drive of our brilliant team. Well done, all!
