Congratulations to technical team members Dan and Tiz, who have scooped victory in our quarterly Great People Awards.
It’s long been part of our culture to celebrate and recognise the successes of our team and, with two awards up for grabs every quarter, our Great People Awards is the perfect chance to do so.
This month we were delighted to see Air IT newcomer Tiz Lateef crowned with the Outstanding Customer Service Award, whilst three-time reigning champion Dan Conway scooped the Living Our Values Everyday (L.O.V.E) Award.
Since joining the team earlier this year as a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, Tiz has hit the ground running and has already made fantastic contributions to clients and colleagues alike. Based solely on client feedback, the Outstanding Customer Service Award recognises the high standards Tiz has been delivering in his first few months at Air IT.

Claiming the L.O.V.E title for the third quarter running is Service Desk Leader, Dan, who joined the Air IT team back in 2010. Picking up praise from across the company, Dan is a true values champion and delivers Innovation, Commitment, Community and Excellence to everything he does.
