Congratulations to Service Desk Team Leader, Dan, and Procurement Executive, Jess, for being crowned winners of this quarter’s Great People Awards.
This week marked the third quarterly Great People awards of the year. We’re proud of the way our team has continued to work hard and deliver outstanding customer service despite this year’s challenges, so it’s important to continue our tradition of meeting up (via Microsoft Teams) to celebrate staff achievements.
After a general catchup and a thank you to the team for their continued dedication, we moved on to announcing the winners.
The Great People Awards consist of two categories: Outstanding Customer Service, and L.O.V.E Values. The former recognises colleagues that have gone above and beyond to provide a great service and have received the most praise from clients, while the latter celebrates the employee that has embraced our company values of Innovation, Commitment, Community and Excellence.
Outstanding Customer Service
Dan Craythorne is the worthy winner of the Outstanding Customer Service award this quarter. Since joining Air IT earlier this year, Dan has quickly become a much-valued member of the team and was recently promoted from 1st Line Engineer to Service Desk Team Leader. He has quickly proven to be a great asset to the team, which has been reflected through lots of positive feedback from our clients.
Well done, Dan!
L.O.V.E (Living Our Values Every Day) Award
The L.O.V.E Values award has been won by Procurement Executive, Jess Dilks, for the second time this year! Jess plays a key role in making sure all procurement and provisioning runs smoothly, so that both staff and clients have the necessary equipment for effective business operations. Once again, Jess has been recognised by staff across the business for her efficiency and can-do attitude, always going above and beyond to meet requests from both staff and clients, and for supporting and encouraging her colleagues.
Keep up the good work, Jess!
James Healey, Chief Operating Officer at Air IT, said:
“Acknowledging and rewarding the dedication shown by our employees has always been a huge part of our culture, even more so since we haven’t been able to get together in person. We’re proud that our colleagues are working so hard to keep things running smoothly and it’s great to see this reflected through such positive comments from both clients and staff.”
