A long-standing client of Air IT (formerly Microtrading), this world-leading manufacturer wanted to enhance the IT infrastructure it was reliant on. We introduced virtualisation technology to reduce hardware costs and increase business continuity, coupled with award-winning IT support.
Air IT has supported APS since 2007, helping them evolve their IT systems to maximise productivity and underpin the business growth. Recently, we implemented a new Virtual Server platform running Windows Server and Hyper-V technology. This uses two physical servers with the virtual machines replicated between each of them to maximise system uptime and manage production workloads.
Air IT provide ongoing managed IT services monitoring their system 24/7 and giving highly-skilled proactive support. Our award-winning service allows the APS management team to focus on their customers rather than being distracted by their IT system. The new IT infrastructure allows APS to be more responsive to their customers’ needs whilst ensuring high levels of productivity and system up-time.
