One of our long-standing clients, we’ve served this prominent UK manufacturer of fittings for almost as long as they’ve been a business. Whilst our great service hasn’t changed, we’ve kept Branch BMN up-to-speed, with hosted email and support for its bespoke software.
Branch BMN needed a more flexible and accessible IT system that enables staff to be more informed and productive when they are away from the office.
Air IT upgraded the existing Microsoft Small Business Server to a full-featured Windows Server 2012 solution that provides extensive remote access to the system and line-of-business applications such as Sage and their Bespoke Scheduling Application. The on-premise email system was migrated to our Hosted Exchange platform and is now easily accessible from virtually anywhere in the world on any device.
Now, Branch BMN’s staff are more connected and productive than ever before. The upgrade has resulted in higher levels of customer service and satisfaction, adding value to the business and helping it to further improve on its competitive advantage.
