As a digital marketing agency, Hallam are heavily reliant on Cloud services such as GSuite. They wished to underpin their business and further growth aspirations with reliable IT services and solutions that would enable them to serve their own clients better.
The experience of their previous IT partner had not been as successful as Hallam would have liked, often feeling they were not being guided in their own best interests but those of the supplier. Therefore, they required a partner they could trust, who would understand their business goals and objectives and set their IT roadmap accordingly.
Here at Hallam we put our customers at the heart of what we do and therefore we wanted an IT partner that we could depend on. As a Digital Marketing Agency, our IT systems are mission critical, and Air IT ensure that we are always online and always respond effectively and efficiently to any support issues should they arise.

The Air IT Approach
Air IT performed a thorough network audit to identify and make recommendations to improve the existing set up. Since Hallam is so heavily reliant on connectivity, this included upgrading the broadband by installing a second leased line for additional resilience.
We also recommended unlimited access to remote service desk support to allow end users to resolve issues efficiently and effectively when any IT issues arise.
A Datto BDR appliance was also required to ensure Hallam have a full image level backup and business continuity solution with virtualisation built in.
Most importantly, Air IT are working in partnership with Hallam’s senior management team to ensure the IT infrastructure is fit for purpose for their ambitious business objectives.
Air IT is now Hallam’s trusted strategic technology partner, covering all of their ICT needs under one roof. With a dedicated Account Manager, Hallam have regular contact and account meetings with a single point of contact.
Their IT infrastructure is now fit for the future and provides a platform which can scale as they continue to grow.
A solid backup and business continuity plan is also in place to mitigate risk in the event of any downtime.
Air IT managed the relocation and migration of Hallam’s main server to Microsoft Azure freeing up the on-premise server for other means. Network and cable infrastructure has also been refreshed. This has enabled Hallam to maximise their use of space so that the business can scale up quickly and accommodate new users as the business grows.
