Teams Talk prize draw

1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw
2. This prize draw is only available to UK businesses only.
3. This prize draw only applies to UK residents aged 21 years or over, and not applicable to Air IT Ltd employees, their families, agents, or anyone else connected with this promotion.
4. Valid entries to the prize draw must (a) complete the Teams Talk launch registration before 12:00 on Friday 24^th July 2020, and (b) attend the Teams Talk launch webinar at 13:00 GMT on Friday 24^th July 2020, to qualify their entry to the prize draw. Air IT Ltd accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Air IT Ltd by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered.
5. Only one entry per person permitted. No entrant may win more than one prize.
6. To enter fill in your details as directed on the webinar form for this prize draw.
7. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Monday 27^th July 2020. The first ten entries drawn will be the winners and contacted by telephone or email.
8. The prize for the winners is a £50 Amazon voucher, no cash alternative is available.
9. Prizes are subject to availability, and restrictions apply to business users only. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Air IT reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be notified via email by Friday 31^st July 2020. The winners must claim their prize within 30 working days of Air IT sending the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Air IT Ltd reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
11. Air IT Ltd will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Air IT for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
12. Air IT Ltd may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Air IT Ltd’s sole opinion) or who, in Air IT Ltd’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust.
13. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
