Earn up to £1,000 for every successful referral you make
As a valued member of the Air IT family, we’re giving you the opportunity to benefit directly from any referrals that you pass onto to us that result in new team members coming on board. And we’ll reward you with a bonus payment of up to £1,000 for every successful referral you make.
How it works
To claim your referral simply:
- Enter details of your referral on the form below
- Advise the applicant to apply for a position or submit a speculative application on our website.
- Should your referral be suitable for one of our positions, we’ll contact them directly to arrange the next steps.
- Should your referral be employed by Air IT, you’ll receive a one-off referral bonus of £500 once they start, and an additional £500 once they have successfully completed their probationary period.
How you’ll be rewarded
If successful, we’ll pay any bonuses due in your next pay packet, in addition to your normal salary.
And there are no limits to the number of referrals you can make.
- This scheme commences on 12/11/2021, the company is not able to make any backdated referral bonus payments.
- Applicants must apply using the links provided above to agree to our privacy policy and complete our pre-screening questions.
- Referral bonuses will be paid on successful pass of the employees’ probation, which is likely to be 3 or 6 months.
- The referral bonus is a maximum of £1,000.
- Referrals can only be accepted if the “How it works” steps outlined above are followed.
- Referrals will not be accepted for any employees previously employed by Air IT.
- Referrals will not be accepted for any candidates that are logged in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) prior to the referral date.
- There are no limits on the number of referrals you can make.
- Referral bonuses will be paid with your normal salary and will be subject to normal deductions.
- This is a discretionary referral bonus scheme which may be withdrawn at any time.
