As Head of Service, Rob is responsible for developing and implementing Air IT’s service strategy, leading our growing Service Desk team and ensuring our services are successfully delivered to clients.

With extensive experience across IT and telecoms, Rob streamlines our internal processes and procedures to drive our services to the next level. Implementing best practises in line with frameworks such as ITIL and SDI, Rob oversees our Continual Service Improvement Programme to improve efficiencies and optimise operations.

With a strong focus on customer service, it’s down to Rob to ensure we are continually meeting and exceeding our Golden KPIs and SLAs, and ultimately putting a smile on our client’s faces.
