We are extremely pleased to announce that we have been awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Management certification following an assessment by an independent organisation.
The award recognises our continued commitment in providing a first class IT support service to our growing client base. With only around 3% of UK businesses holding this certification, Air-IT is now at the forefront in the provision of quality of service and customer care.
ISO 9001 is recognised as the worldwide benchmark for Quality and is the International Standard against which the Quality Management System and procedures of a business are evaluated. The certification is intended to demonstrate that a business can provide a consistent standard of quality in the goods and services that it provides to its customers.
The certification was officially received on 1st September after passing an independent assessment which evaluated the effectiveness of our Quality Management Systems.
Neil Urquhart, who undertook the assessment for CQS Certified Quality Systems, paid particular tribute to “the on-going investment made by Air-IT in its business systems, people and training that has enabled them to provide an efficient service to their clients and to successfully achieve certification.”
