That’s why we’ve extended our Service Desk opening times for an extra two hours, giving our clients improved access to our support services throughout their working day.
The Air-IT Service Desk is now open between 7:30am and 6:30pm on weekdays – one hour earlier in the mornings and one hour later in the evenings than before.
About the Service Desk
Occupying an impressive 1,000ft2 ground floor office space the Air-IT Service Desk is the operations centre of our client support process, offering unlimited technical support.
Utilising industry leading technology our Service Desk ensures that we efficiently manage, monitor and proactively maintain our client’s IT infrastructure making sure that systems are running at their optimum level. This virtually eliminates any downtime and makes sure that our client’s IT services are always available when they need them.
As an Air-IT support client, you’ll enjoy instant access to our fully-qualified technicians, who are always on hand to offer advice, troubleshooting and solutions to any IT problems that you might encounter on a daily basis.
Many problems can be solved remotely but where this isn’t possible, our Service Desk technicians will escalate your case to our field-based engineers and schedule an onsite visit to resolve the issue.
