It was a day of fun for Air IT when the team swapped workwear for pyjamas, raising a total of £92.50 in aid of Children in Need.

The Air IT team sporting their finest pyjamas and Pudsey gear

The team embraced the opportunity to wear their favourite pyjamas, dressing gowns and slippers to work on Friday the 16th November, with a few friendly Pudseys also making an appearance in the office.

There were a number of fundraising activities taking place throughout the day, including a delicious doughnut sale and the annual Children in Need Duck Race Sweepstake.

Service Desk team members support the cause

With 20 members of staff joining in with the Duck Race Sweepstake, there was everything to play for as the humorously named ducks (David Beakham, Ducky McDuckface and Chewquacker to name just a few) were raced on a live-stream video, which was broadcast on the Children in Need Twitter page.

James Pond was named the winner after crossing the finish line first, and was the lucky duck of choice for Liam Hull, 2nd Line Service Desk and Field Engineer.

Liam was awarded 1,000 Crew Hu points for his win, which were generously donated by the company to allow 100% of the duck race donations to go towards the Children in Need cause.

Community and charity play a huge part in our culture at Air IT, and so it was great to see the team come together to have some the fun, raising over £90 for Children in Need. Thank you to everyone who donated and made it such a great day for all to enjoy.
