We’re proud to announce the winners of our quarter three Great People Awards as technical team members Dan and Marie.
Congratulations to Service Desk team Leader, Dan Conway, and 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, Marie Talbot, who have won this quarter’s “Living Our Values Everyday (L.O.V.E)” and “Outstanding Customer Service” Awards respectively.
The now four-time reigning champion of the L.O.V.E Award, Dan has proved his passion for our company values and culture yet again over the last three months. He received praise from colleagues for his guidance, flexibility and willingness to help out others in any situation.
Marie has been awarded the Outstanding Customer Service Award after achieving consistent high praise from clients across the board, demonstrating her commitment to excellent customer service.
Her fantastic feedback from customers included “Top of the class, you are magical… Thank you” and “Lovely and pleasant to talk to and resolved my issue swiftly and efficiently.”
